Gene Simmons Reacts To KISS Alternative Rumors

-

Gene Simmons has shut down hypothesis that the sons of KISS legends—his personal son, Nick Simmons, and Paul Stanley’s son, Evan Stanley—are forming a next-generation model of KISS.

In a current Final Basic Rock interview, Simmons made it clear: this isn’t a KISS 2.0 mission.

“We, me and Paul, don’t have anything to do with it. Evan has his personal band. Nick’s music and songs have already been in Ozark and Prodigal Son,” Simmons defined.

Regardless of their fathers’ legendary standing, Evan and Nick’s collaboration occurred organically, not as a deliberate extension of KISS.

“There was no assure that Evan and Nick would even get alongside, however they do,” Simmons mentioned. “They began strumming guitars… in order that they began writing their very own songs. Impulsively, report corporations are assembly with them.”

He emphasised their independence from KISS, stating:

“They’re not following in anyone’s footsteps. It has nothing to do with KISS. Their feeling is, ‘We like doing this. You’ve received opinions? We’re probably not . That is what we’re doing.’”

Their collaboration has already yielded 10 unique songs, in line with iHeartRadio. Their work has attracted trade consideration, and AXS TV studies that they’ve teamed up with Emmy-winning songwriter Jacob Bunton—including credibility to their rising mission.
