A fortieth anniversary version of Songs From The Large Chair – Tears For Fears’ multi-platinum-selling second album – is to be launched this November.
Initially launched on 25 February 1985, Songs From The Large Chair might be reissued in a number of codecs on 14 November.
Songs From The Large Chair turned a worldwide sensation, topping the US charts and spawning 5 hit singles: Moms Speak, Shout, All people Desires To Rule The World, Head Over Heels and I Consider.
To mark its Ruby Anniversary, UMR will unveil a spread of particular editions, together with a restricted version 2LP Clear Purple vinyl that includes the unique unused paintings and tracks beforehand unavailable on vinyl, a 3CD deluxe set, a restricted version 1LP Coke Bottle Clear vinyl, a restricted 1LP image disc and a Blu-ray with new Atmos, 5.1, Stereo & instrumental mixes.
