Ben Quad have introduced the small print of their new album ‘Wisher’.
Set for launch on November 14 by way of Pure Noise Data, it contains freshly dropped single ‘It’s Simply A Title’.
Talking on the brand new monitor, guitarist Edgar Viveros has shared:
“‘It’s Simply A Title’ is about dwelling with fixed existential insecurity and questioning whether or not life now could be any higher than earlier than.
“Musically, we drew inspiration from bands like All-American Rejects and Movement Metropolis Soundtrack, leaning into pop parts like heavy synths and a guitar solo. It was the primary time we broke away from strict Midwest emo and punk buildings, and it got here collectively sooner than something we’ve written. For the video, we simply wished to have enjoyable; silk robes, over-the-top vibes, and a tongue-in-cheek tackle ‘affected by success.”
