Ella Mai’s ‘Little Issues’ Scores High 10 Debut on Billboard

Songs from Ella Mai‘s shock EP, 3, is seeing traction on a number of Billboard charts. In truth, all three tracks have debuted on Billboard.

The sentimental “Little Issues” opens at No. 6 on the R&B Digital Tune Gross sales chart, marking Mai’s ninth high 10 hit.

Ella Mai launched her EP on her thirtieth birthday (Nov. 3) as a deal with to her followers who’ve been awaiting new music. “My thirtieth birthday present to you all. 3 songs. november third. considered one of my favorite numbers. i’ve missed you all, 3 times over,” Mai wrote in a social media submit.

3 follows Mai’s 2022 sophomore album, Coronary heart On My Sleeve. The album, which debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s High R&B Albums chart, included options from Fortunate Daye, Latto, and Roddy Ricch.

Mai returned in 2023 with a deluxe version of Coronary heart On My Sleeve, which included three bonus tracks: “2 O’Clock,” “This Is” and “Our Tune.”

Whereas Mai hasn’t introduced a brand new album but, press supplies state her subsequent chapter “captures her creative development with a cohesive theme of affection and self-awareness, mixing her signature R&B model with intimate, expressive songwriting.”
