Large Thief Share Two New Songs – “Grandmother (Feat. Laraaji)” and “Los Angeles”

Large Thief are releasing a brand new album, Double Infinity, on September 5 by way of 4AD. Now they’ve shared two extra songs from it, “Grandmother” (which options Laraaji) and “Los Angeles.” Hearken to each beneath.
A press launch explains that “Grandmother” is “the primary music all three members of Large Thief wrote collectively and grapples with generational love and ache” and “Los Angeles” is “a music of revival about previous lovers turning into pals.”
Beforehand they shared the album’s first single, “Incomprehensible,” which was one in all our Songs of the Week. The album’s second single, “All Evening, All Day,” was additionally one in all our Songs of the Week.
Double Infinity is the band’s sixth album and the primary because the departure of authentic bassist Max Oleartchik. Large Thief now options Adrianne Lenker, Buck Meek, and James Krivchenia.
