Whitney Announce New Album, Share New Tune “Dandelions”

Chicago duo Whitney have introduced a brand new album, Small Speak, and shared a brand new music from it, “Dandelions.” Small Speak is due out November 7 by way of AWAL. Under, take a look at the brand new single, adopted by the album particulars and upcoming tour dates.
Whitney is former Smith Westerners guitarist Max Kakacek and Unknown Mortal Orchestra drummer Julien Ehrlich. The group shaped in 2015 and since then has launched 4 LPs. Their final full-length was 2022’s SPARK.
Small Speak contains “Darling,” a brand new music they shared in Might.
Ehrlich had this to say about “Dandelions” in a press launch: “A pair years in the past Max and I had been each on the point of transferring throughout the nation to be nearer to the folks we had been courting on the time. Over the span of some months each relationships considerably abruptly crumbled, leaving us with equal elements confusion and unhappiness, mourning the futures that will have accompanied these relationships in addition to the relationships themselves. Impressed by these occasions (and on a whim of Midwestern delight) we wound up spinning the story of ‘Dandelions’ into one in all a giant metropolis hopeful who will get chewed up and spit again out into the heartland.”
