Scintilla (World Premiere) — Choreography by Justin Rapaport

Choreographer Justin Rapaport describes his inspiration in an announcement. “Winter solstice, countless night time… really easy to lose oneself in that darkness. A Sonata of Shadows (2023) — Choreography by Hanna Kiel

“This composition delves into the aftermath of the solstice, analyzing its connection to our lives and the teachings we derive from it. There are moments when it seems like this darkness won’t ever dissipate. Nonetheless, as within the pure cycle, daylight inevitably returns. This piece explores the profound nuances of those darkish moments, delving into the sensation that they could persist indefinitely,” says choreographer Hanna Kiel.
